What do the verified badges mean?
Verified & Vetted
We’ve reviewed the company’s licensing, contact information, and supporting documents. We use verification tools designed to detect altered or fraudulent materials. Once the company passes these checks, it receives the Verified & Vetted badge.
Vetting in Progress
The company’s review is still underway, or it is completing a new review after a previous verification expired.
Unverified
We haven’t been able to complete the company’s verification. Its information may be outdated, incomplete, or awaiting a response.
Profiles that do not pass our verification process are removed from the directory. Because a failed check can sometimes involve someone misrepresenting a legitimate business, we don’t publish the details publicly.
